WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We here at Fitness Fanatic accept the following payment online, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, AfterPay and ZipPay. If there is another payment type that is of interest to you please feel free to contact us.

 

ARE THE WEBSITE PRICES THE SAME AS IN YOUR STORES?

All prices on this website are valid for online purchases only and may be different from those in our retail stores. If you do notice a price that is cheaper online than in-store please feel free to let us know and we can accommodate that for you in-store.

 

DO YOU PRICE MATCH WITH OTHER STORES?

We at Fitness Fanatic always try to be as competitive prices with all our products as much as possible.

We do price match competitors prices in our physical store locations only(not online) as long as it is a confirmed legitimate price from a legitimate business within Australia and the products are in stock at said competitor. We will not price match against items on special as clearance stock especially if items are short dated.

We are quite experienced with spotting illegitimate prices and price matching will be at the discretion of staff working at the time.

If you feel we are too expensive with certain products, please contact us and we will investigate this to see whether we can adjust the pricing.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE AN ORDER?

After you have completed checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number and your package should then arrive within 2-10 business days!

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Customers generally receive their fairly quickly and standard Australia shipping time frames apply once the item has been shipped:

Please use the following payment methods with instant clearance, like Paypal, Credit Card, AfterPay or ZipPay to ensure that we can get onto your order as quickly as possible. Bank Transfers will take longer as they require manual confirmation and can take a few days to clear before approval can be given.

Customers located in remote locations may take slightly longer to receive.

Parcels going to PO Boxes, Australian Defence Addresses may take longer than normal deliveries.

You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address via road freight.

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY TO MY LOCATION?

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat $9.95 with free shipping provided for all orders over $150*.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER COMES?

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. We recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won't be home during business hours. Our couriers sometimes do not require a signature to leave a parcel. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before ordering.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, at this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia.

 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive your order and it is damaged please let us know immediately and we will organise to have if replaced or refunded (if product no longer available) once we have received the damaged item back at no cost to you.

If you receive an item that you no longer need or purchased by accident please let us know so we process the return for you (return shipping will need to be organised by you and at your own expense). The items will need to be in as new condition and unopened.
